Tractorscope dashboard builder guide

In Tractorscope, a dashboard is the main workspace for combining charts, filters, text, images, layout, styling, and sharing settings into one analytics view.
A Tractorscope dashboard combines charts, text, images, filters, and layout into a single analytics view.

Dashboard building workflow

  1. Create a dashboard.
  2. Add charts with SQL or AI.
  3. Add filters for viewer-controlled inputs.
  4. Add text or images for context.
  5. Arrange charts in the layout.
  6. Adjust dashboard design settings.
  7. Share, schedule, or embed the dashboard.

Dashboard content

Dashboards can contain:
  • Charts and KPIs
  • Table charts
  • Download charts
  • Text blocks
  • Images
  • Date range filters
  • Aggregation filters
  • Custom filters

Layout and design

Use dashboard layout controls to position charts and content. Use account color groups and chart settings to keep dashboards visually consistent.

Refreshing data

Charts can be refreshed manually or through their cache settings. Cache time to live controls how long query results are reused before a fresh query is run.

Sharing

Dashboards can be viewed internally, shared as custom dashboard views, sent as scheduled email reports, or embedded in external apps.
